1. How long can I use the gift card?
The card is valid for 12 months after purchase.
2. Is it possible to renew the card after one year?
No, after 12 months the unused funds will be forfeited.
3. At which shops can I use the card?
There are more than 100 shops and retail outlets in the Jantar Shopping Centre that accept Mastercard, as well as shopping islands.
4. is there a minimum and maximum recharge amount?
The Gift Card can be topped up to a minimum of PLN 50 and a maximum of PLN 1,000.
5. Can I check my card balance?
Yes, enough is enough:
- scan the QR code on the back of the card with your phone
- check your balance at Kartomat
- call: +48 22 188 1909 (call charges apply with the network operator's rates)

6. if my card does not have sufficient funds, can I pay the balance in cash or by debit card in a shop?
Yes, if the shop in question agrees.
8. How do I obtain an accounting note for a card purchase at a cartomat?
In order to receive an accounting note for the purchase of gift cards, please send a request with your details and confirmation of the purchase of the cards to the following e-mail address finanse@finpay.pl.
An accounting note will be sent by email 3 to 5 working days after receipt of the application.
Please note that we do not issue invoices, as gift cards are not subject to VAT.
