The company was founded in 1990. At the moment we are the second tour operator on the market in Poland. We have been consistently showing the true face of Europe and the World to all travel lovers for 26 years. We take care of our customers' interests reliably and always guarantee that our offer is in line with its realisation.
Since 9 October 2007 we have been a company listed on the WSE. This demonstrates compliance with the organisational and legal requirements set by capital market regulatory institutions. As a listed company, we make public detailed data on our financial performance.
The strongest point of our company is our people. Pilots and residents - the best on the market - as well as employees in customer service, call centre, marketing and other departments - we all excel not only with the knowledge and experience that comes from years of practice. Above all, we love what we do. We feel that we work as a team and that everyone's opinion is important. We are a member of Polish Chamber of Tourism, which is a nationwide economic self-government organisation for the tourism industry. In 2010, we joined the Rzetelna Firma programme. As part of this programme, we provide a range of information proving our reliability. We can also take pride in being one of the founders of the Polish Association of Tour Operators.
We have one of the highest insurance guarantees among tour operators in Poland. Our guarantee amounts to almost PLN 120 million.
