Our coffee has three secrets.
The first is the beans. Coffee in SO! COFFEE is a specially composed blend of selected Arabica beans from Central and South America with Asian Robusta.
It is the coffee from these crops that gives the blend its chocolate flavour. The presence of Robusta guarantees an excellent silky crema effect.
The second secret is the process of roasting the beans. Our method ensures perfect consistency and the right level of acidity, and brings out the most pleasant citrus aromas.
The third secret is affection. Because coffee is our love and passion. That is why it delights everyone who has tried our espresso or latte at least once.
